Sales / Call Centre Consultant in Exeter, Devon.

A Sales / Call Centre Consultant is sought to join this Estate Agency in Exeter, to be based within an inbound and outbound call-centre environment, handling calls from across the UK.

The organisation is one of the country’s largest and most successful Estate Agency groups, and is experiencing some impressive growth in today’s market!

JOB TITLE: Sales / Call Centre Consultant LOCATION: Exeter, Devon SALARY: £13.5 - £15K + Monthly Bonus (OTE £17,500+) HOURS: Applicants must be willing to work a shift rota based on 9:00am – 9:00pm 3 days on – 3 days off. Shifts can be swapped

They are now looking for an inbound Sales / Call Centre Consultant, confident with taking inbound enquiries from customers around the UK on a daily basis about various properties.

The ideal Sales / Call Centre Consultant will possess:

• €¢ Experience as a Call Centre / Telesales consultant

• €¢ A fantastic telephone manner

• €¢ An unquestionable work ethic

• €¢ Great communication skills

• €¢ Good PC literacy

To succeed in this role as a Sales / Call Centre Consultant you will be expected to:

• €¢ Deal confidently and professionally with enquiries from the general public

• €¢ Express excellent customer service skills

• €¢ Make outbound sales calls to existing customers
